Welcome to the EVOKE Family! As a small business, we really value our customers and want to make sure your shopping experience with us is transparent and as easy as possible.

✓ We aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days from the order date.
✓ We have partnered with local curriers, and DHL for UK shipping and all international shipping.
- We offer free shipping to the UK, EU and EEA on all orders (yay!)
- We offer shipping to the USA and China with a flat rate of £50.
All orders are shipped with DHL ‘Express Next Day Delivery’ or DHL '3 Days World Wide' (Monday-Friday). Please note that for orders placed after 12pm Monday-Friday, the order will be delivered within two working days if choosing the 'Express Next Day Delivery' option. Delivery time applies for working days only and currently excludes the EU, EEA, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland where delivery may take slightly longer than next-two days. Delivery times are for in stock products only, excluding engraved or made to order products. All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays and National Holidays. If you have any concerns or queries before placing your order, please contact us via email at customercare@evokebyka.com.
- You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return for a refund or an exchange. After EVOKE by KA has accepted your return or exchange request, you have 14 days to return your item(s) in order for it to be accepted.
- Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging. All returns must be unaltered, unworn, and in a saleable condition.
- Our bespoke, made to order, and engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We cannot accept returns on our earrings due to sanitary reasons.
- As a small business, we are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of local and international exchanges and returns. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund or added as a charge when the second parcel is sent out. To arrange your exchange or return, please contact us via our 'Contact Page' or email us at customercare@evokebyka.com.
- Please note that local taxes, customs duties and fees are NOT refunded for shipments outside the UK, nor is the original shipping charge.
We aim to refund any returned items within 14 days once it has passed inspection by our returns team. If after this time you have not received your refund, please contact us by email on customercare@evokebyka.com. Products purchased online can also be returned to our studio in London. Please contact us beforehand, and we will set up a time for drop-off.

Information received from surveys or competitions
We’ve got to process this data to allow the survey or competition to work and perform our contract with you (the one that is started when you enter into a competition for example). If we can’t use your entry, you can’t possibly win!
We take appropriate measures to ensure that any personal data is kept secure and is kept for only so long as is necessary for the purpose for which it is used.
To unsubscribe from marketing communication you can click onto the "unsubscribe" link in any communication that we send to you by email which will automatically unsubscribe you from that type of communication.
