Shipping policy
✓ We aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days from the order date.
✓ We have partnered with DHL for UK shipping and all international shipping.
- We offer free UK, EU and EEA shipping on all orders over £500 (yay!)
- For any orders placed below £500 the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
All orders are shipped with DHL ‘Express Next Day Delivery’ or DHL '3 Days World Wide'(Monday-Friday). Please note that for orders placed after 12pm Monday-Friday, the order will be delivered within two working days if choosing the 'Express Next Day Delivery' option. Delivery time applies for working days only and currently excludes the EU, EEA, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland where delivery may take slightly longer than next two days. Delivery times are for in-stock products only, excluding engraved or made to order products. All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.
